EMI provides Architectural and Engineering services as well as performance based Operations and Maintenance services in facilities that comprise more than 13 million square feet of floor space. Most of these facilities are Class A buildings and include U S. Courthouses and major government office buildings. One of our contracts, The MG Emmett J. Bean Federal Center in Indianapolis, IN, is the third largest federal building in the nation (only behind the Pentagon and the Ronald Reagan Building). Some of the buildings we maintain are LEED certified and EMI strives to incorporate environmentally friendly "Green" products and procedures into every building service we provide. Energy conservation measures are foremost in every building operating plan.
